ABOUT ME

I am a working mum who built a successful 28-year career in HR and Learning and Development, before launching Lotus Bridge in 2021.

I combine my professional expertise in coaching and training individuals and teams with my authentic lived experience of juggling a decade-long infertility journey, diagnoses of two chronic illnesses and parenting three awesome children!

I have coached individuals in business for over 2 decades and I am really fired up now to support women either through your employer, or independently.

I have been lucky enough to have a brilliant career but it was incredibly challenging to navigate working whilst building my family, a 10-year rollercoaster of unexplained and secondary infertility, recurrent miscarriages and multiple rounds of IVF being before being blessed with my longed-for children.

 

I thought that was the end of the tough times – but the demands of being Mum and having a career can be relentless! I learnt the hard way that being chronically stressed, getting very sick and trying to be a superwoman isn’t the way, for me, my family or my work!

I don’t want that for any of you – that’s why Lotus Bridge was born, to support working women to prioritise their own needs and focus on their wellbeing. I want to partner you to become the best version of you, whatever that looks, sounds and feels like for you.
