Wellbeing coaching in business allows you to offer 1:1 or small group support to team members who have been identified as needing some targeted, confidential help from an external coach and are committed to working on their self-development from a wellness perspective.


These individuals may be struggling with confidence or overwhelm or may just be ‘stuck’ personally or professionally and their challenges are impacting negatively on their ability to be 100% well and productive. The Wheel of Wellness will be used to establish where their support needs to be targeted so that they can find the answers to get from where they are to where they want to be.

The Wheel of Wellness

The Wheel of Wellness gives a 360-degree holistic view of all areas in life that are important for an individual to assess to be truly engaged on their path to being well physically, emotionally and mentally. Taking time out to evaluate how we would score ourselves in each of the 10 areas right now allows us to focus not just on the lower scores that may be making us feel ‘unbalanced’ but also helps us decide which areas are the most important to us and therefore require our time and attention to move from where we are to where we want to be.
